What We Review During the Loan Process

Every loan is unique, but approvals typically depend on:

-FICO score.

-Loan to value, also known as LTV.

-Closing timeline and title readiness.

Some programs may allow credit scores as low as approximately 500 with maximum loan to value limits, such as up to 50 percent. This depends on property type and overall loan structure.
